Having been home for weeks now, wait, no… MONTHS, I have had a very CLOSE relationship with home and those who reside in it. Achoo! The seasonal allergies are definitely starting to get to me! I’ve been doing walks around my neighborhood & local park and all of the yards have beautiful blooms and the wild areas are covered in bright yellow happy daisies.

I haven’t been able to get hummus for WEEKS during this pandemic, so I’ve resorted to making my own bean dip with some pantry staples.

This hearty superfood Roasted Cranberry salad is packed with nutrition and is a great healthy choice for dinnertime! The tart cranberries, packed with Vitamin C, are a perfect match for the roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower.
Update: 5/28/20 – Grove Collaborative must have had a change of heart, or perhaps it was this blog post, but they have now offered to remedy the errant error with a refund. They apologized for the product being out of stock, but did not acknowledge that their software charged me for products that appeared to have shipped out, but did not.
