I love cookware & I get excited over new designs and functions. I loved cooking with the new KOREA KING Hybrid Wok – how stylish is this beautiful pan? The 11-inch hybrid design is perfect for stir-fry, but has a flat bottom for sauteing This design ensures even heat distribution for precise control! Quite literally the one pan/pot! It’s also free of PFOAs. Check it out here – they have a coupon for an additional $12 off right now on Amazon (won’t last long!)
Every KOREA KING cookware piece, crafted with precision by our skilled artisans, is backed by a lifetime warranty against the manufacturer’s defects.
As my KOREA KING Hybrid Wok was new, I seasoned it by heating a high-heat oil (like avocado) in the pan first, coating it thoroughly on low heat for about 5 minutes or so. I then turned the heat off and wiped out the excess oil.
I decided to make some delicious and easy spicy kimchi fried rice. Other than preparing the rice in a rice cooker, it only takes mere minutes to prepare this flavorful dish.
