Cooking for Two – Gnocchi Soup with the Korea King Pot

Cooking for Two – Gnocchi Soup with the Korea King Pot

Since my daughter left for college, I’ve discovered the joys of cooking for two. Say goodbye to massive meals! Now, I’m loving the 1.5-Quart Korea King Premium Nonstick Cooking Pot – it’s the perfect size for us. Approximately 7″ in diameter, it’s ideal for whipping up soups, noodles, and stews.

What makes this pot even handier? Its glass lid has a steam release hole, ceramic coating (making it dishwasher-safe!), and its compatibility with induction stoves. Oh, how I wish I had this gem during our weekend RV adventures cooking on our induction stovetop!

But the real star of the show? The Korea King 1.5-Quart pot’s effortless cleaning. Seriously, a dream!
