Matcha has great health benefits – Matcha contains higher antioxidant levels on a per gram basis than any other known natural fruits or vegetables. Matcha consumers receive 100% of the benefits of the whole tea leaf, enjoying its antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

You Will Need

  • 1 tablespoon of culinary grade fine matcha powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips

How to Prepare

Cream room temperature butter and powdered sugar together with a mixer. Add in eggs and mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, green tea matcha powder and salt together.

Slowly add in flour mixture to the wet mixture in mixing bowl, 1/4 cup at a time until dough is well incorporated.

Add in white chocolate chips and mix for a few seconds more.

Nope! It’s not a worm!

Take dough and roll into a long cylinder-like tube in plastic wrap or parchment paper.

Put in the fridge for a couple of hours or until firm.

Take cold dough out and make slices about 1/4″ thick.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve with hot tea!
