This crispy green tea matcha shortbread have white chocolate chips in it to make it #extra

You Will Need
- 1 tablespoon of culinary grade fine matcha powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
- 2 cups of flour
- pinch of salt
How to Prepare
Cream room temperature butter and powdered sugar together with a mixer. Add in eggs and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, green tea matcha powder and salt together.
Slowly add in flour mixture to the wet mixture in mixing bowl, 1/4 cup at a time until dough is well incorporated.
Add in white chocolate chips and mix for a few seconds more.
Nope! It’s not a worm!
Take dough and roll into a long cylinder-like tube in plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Put in the fridge for a couple of hours or until firm.
Take cold dough out and make slices about 1/4″ thick.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve with hot tea!
