Some smart scales offer more metrics, but I feel that if you are looking for overall body composition, this smart scale will provide ample information. The data provided is super helpful for tracking progress and making informed health decisions.
- Bluetooth Connectivity & App Interface: Seamlessly syncs with the Inevifit app, allowing for easy data tracking and analysis. The app also provides personalized insights and goal setting. I liked the app layout as it was easy to read and easy to navigate.
- Multiple User Profiles: Accommodates multiple users, ensuring accurate data for each individual. Make sure that each user syncs their phone to the scale before weigh-in.

Performance and Accuracy
In comparison to my original non-smart scale, the weight difference was off by 2 ounces, but I don’t know which scale is correct. I will be comparing and doing a side by side with another smart scale shortly – so stay tuned on the calibration comparison.
Battery Life and Maintenance
The EROS operates on four AAA batteries, offering decent battery life and it came with batteries so no need to scramble for some when it arrives. Regular calibration is recommended to ensure accurate measurements. It did state that every time the scale is picked up and moved, to place it down, and step on, set to zero, and then step back off to recalibrate. Something to remember if moving it!
Cleaning the scale’s surface with a soft cloth is sufficient for maintenance.
