If you’re looking for a quick and tasty way to serve up cauliflower, try baking it with spices and panko crumbs!
I used the orangey colored cauliflower for this dish, but you may use any color!
- Cut up cauliflower into pieces that are bite-sized.
- Toss cauliflower in 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon chili power, a dash of your favorite hot sauce.
- Add in 1/2 cup of panko crumbs and toss until coated. Some of the panko will fall off on the cookie sheet, but those nuggets of goodness are fun to munch on later!
- Bake on a cookie sheet for 14 minutes at 375 degrees.
Eat solo or make a cool dip with sour cream/or yogurt blended with salt, garlic cloves and cilantro.
