I’m nailing my stocking stuffer goals this year by pre-ordering gifts online. My teen daughter will often talk to me about trends and cool things out in teen land, and I listen!
All of these items are also easy to get and/or order online. There are affiliate links below, so if you purchase through these links I will make a small fee.
Bracelets that Hold a Ponytail Band
This! This! Ok, maybe I want one too. My daughter will often leave the house with her hair down but puts it up for her sports conditioning class. This pretty bracelet transforms into a ponytail band holder – so much easier than trying to find a hairband in her backpack of chaos!
Re-usable Cotton or Bamboo Makeup Pads
My little eco-warrior scolded me for using cotton balls. She then told me about the reusable, washable mini cotton pads that are great for removing makeup. They come with a little mesh bag to put the dirty ones in, and then just throw the whole bag in the wash and wa la – a fresh batch of makeup pads are ready again! Genius and it is earth-friendly.
If you have an older teen daughter, she’s probably into mascara and even fake eyelashes for dances. I was never successful at putting the lashes on with glue, but I’m pretty excited about the magnetic eyelashes! I was skeptical at first, but we’ve been giving these sets out as birthday gifts and the girls really like them! Be careful to order a SANE sized lash, or they’ll be way too long and they look silly. As the lashes adhere to the magnetic eyeliner, there is no glue involved. The eyeliner is safe and lashes are easy to remove without damage to existing lashes! I like this set because it includes three different sizes.
The Mighty Patch – Zit Stickers
Have you used these? These little miracle stickers go right over a fresh breakout and can dry it up overnight! I SO WISH I had these as a teenager! Say goodbye to annoying zits that stick around for days – simply put one on at night and wake up with a deflated breakout. Mighty Patch Acne Patches are made with the highest quality hydrocolloid, which is a fluid absorbing gel that draws out pus and other impurities from your pimple. We personally use this brand at home and I can vouch for its effectiveness. I may just put it on ‘subscribe’ as it’s not like acne is going away.
