I made a version of the viral Cranberry Jalapeno Salsa last night with a few tweaks!
- Cilantro & Sugar Out: I omitted cilantro (too overpowering for me!) and replaced the sugar with honey for a more natural sweetness.
Here’s my Cranberry Jalapeno Salsa recipe:
- 2 cups washed raw cranberries
- 1 large jalapeno (seeds in for heat, or removed for milder flavor)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- Pinch of salt
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until chunky.
- Top with pomegranate seeds (or a sprinkle of cilantro for garnish).
Serving Suggestion: Serve over cream cheese with crackers.
This salsa is easy, delicious, and perfect for the holidays! ✨ Would you give it a try?”
