I just got back from a week long road trip up the coast of California in our RV.  Although travel now looks very different, we felt safe in our little self-contained travel bubble. However, it was still easy to feel off and run-down while on the road. Trying to eat right, get exercise AND restful sleep in noisy camp locations was often a challenge and can take a toll on natural immunity.
