Quality Olive Oils – Making The Perfect Salad

I’ve been growing my own salad greens with hydroponic farm stands and I’m finding the best way to enjoy them is to keep it simple! Using high-quality olive oil, spices, herbs, and vinegar, I can create the most delicious salad without the need for a lot of  ‘stuff’.

Olive Oil Croutons

I love fresh croutons, not the hard-as-rock store-bought ones. Using French bread, I cut the bread up into small chunks and toss with Brightland AWAKE Olive Oil, salt, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder in a bowl. Then I place the bread chunks on a baking pan and toast for about 8 minutes at 375 degrees, turning at least once in between. Toast to your desired crispiness!
