Your little girl will love to make and give these sweet candy

wrist corsages to special friends and family. They say "Happy Valentine's Day" without words to the people your child cares about.

Duration: Under One Hour

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 sheet each of pink, purple and red craft foam
  • Craft glue gun
  • 1 set of self adhesive Velcro® disks
  • Utility knife
  • Ruler
  • Safety scissors
  • 1 bag of NESTLÉ SWEETARTS Hearts

HOW TO DO IT

  • Print out the corsage template.

Cut out a pink flower and a purple flower from craft foam using the template.

Hot glue the pink flower on top of the purple flower, making sure that the purple petals show through between the pink petals.

Cut a strip of red craft foam 1 inch wide by 6 inches long to form the wristband.

Hot glue the flower to the center of the red strip.

  • Select 6 SWEETARTS Hearts of different colors.
  • Arrange them in a circle, with the point of the SWEETARTS Hearts facing towards the center, in the middle of the flower.

Add the Velcro® disks to each end of the wristband making sure you position them for a snug fit around your child's wrist.

  • TIPS
Glue the finished flower to the front of a piece of card stock for a very cute Valentine.

FOLLOW UP FUN

  • Take your children to a flower mart or nursery in your area to see all of the flowers that are blooming around Valentines Day. If you live in a cold climate, nurseries and flower stores have green houses that keep the flowers from freezing.
